There are multiple ways to upload items into Receipt Bank, via email, mobile app, website and even by adding items to a specific Dropbox folder, from there Receipt Bank will do the rest.
Initially you have to set a few rules, firstly add the default category for the supplier for example a BT bill would be set to Telephone Costs and VAT as Standard. The next time you upload a bill from that supplier you can just press publish if you are happy that everything is recognised correctly.
